On a freezing day, a dog that was unwell found itself in a predicament where its tongue had become stuck to a manhole cover. A kind stranger arrived on the scene to help free the dog’s tongue and save it from further distress. The dog was crying and struggling to break free on its own.
An observant person noticed the poor dog’s state and quickly came to its aid by pouring his water bottle onto the dog’s tongue in an attempt to raise its body temperature and set it free. The kind-hearted man poured the water slowly as the dog squirmed around.
After going through a traumatic experience, the dog was finally set free and approached the man with a sense of relief to receive some affectionate strokes. It is unknown if the dog had a home or was wandering around aimlessly, and whether or not it had received any medical attention.
